In this pole model there is a horizontal arm up to 150 cm long, which allows the flag to be permanently stretched even in windless conditions. The arm is attached to the 360-degree rotating head at the top of the pole. In this pole model there is no halyard, and to change the flag the pole must be tilted using a hinged holder at the base. The flagpoles are mounted on a concrete foundation using a mounting hinge. The hinge makes installation easier and allows the pole to be tilted down to the surface for maintenance. The pole's fastening system makes it possible to position it precisely in a vertical position.
