These general terms govern the relationship between Bendida-66 Ltd. and the users of the online store bendida-flags.com.

1. General provisions

By ordering a product from our site, you accept these general terms.

2. Orders

Each order is considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from our employee. Prices are in euro (EUR) with VAT included.

3. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without owing compensation or penalty.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to individual order or to your design (personalized flags, banners, etc.), under Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act.

4. Warranty and complaints

In case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the goods, contact us within the statutory period. We commit to resolving every issue correctly and quickly.

5. Liability

Bendida-66 Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or by inaccurate data provided by the client.
