Delivery methods
We deliver throughout the country via courier companies and parcel lockers. The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
- To a courier office — the most economical option.
- To an address — delivery to an address specified by you.
- To a BoxNow locker — convenient 24/7 pickup.
Free delivery
We offer free delivery via a BoxNow locker for orders over €50. For smaller orders the delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery — you pay upon receiving the parcel.
- Bank transfer — by proforma invoice.
- Online by card — secure payment by debit or credit card.

- Плащане с дебитна/кредитна карта посредством виртуален POS от Банка ДСК.
- Видове карти, които се приемат: дебитни, кредитни и бизнес карти Visa и Mastercard, B-card.
- Транзакциите се осъществяват посредством програмите за сигурност Mastercard Identity Check и VISA Secure.
- Не съхраняваме данни за банковите карти, използвани за плащане чрез сайта.
- При необходимост от връщане на сума, платена с банкова карта, сумата се възстановява по картата, с която е извършено плащането.
